Yeti Presents: Carter Andrews

A fisherman down to the DNA, Carter Andrews has no choice but to go out there and catch everything that swims. Described by a friend as a “wild man”, he does have a certain intensity about him. But you don’t have only anglers as friends unless you’re still lit up with raw joy every time a fish bites.

I got an email from a guy named Grayson on August 9th, 2016, and thought it was just another Squarespace form submission that wouldn't amount to much, however, that was far beyond the case. Two weeks later, I found myself barfing off the side of a 50ft yacht on our way to the worlds most secret marlin-gettin spot 100 miles off the coast of Costa Rica. After catching several blue marlin, eating the freshest tuna one could ever eat, and hearing literally the craziest stories from Mr. Carter Andrews himself, I was back home musing over Hemingway's 'Old Man and the Sea' while editing this crazy project. I'll surely never forget this one.
